Wilbur Mast

Bill Mast, age 74, of Battle Creek, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Bronson Battle Creek. He was born June 16, 1943 in Coldwater, Michigan the son of Harold Franklin and Nina (Nutt) Mast. A lifelong resident of Battle Creek, Bill worked as a custodian at Harper Creek Schools for 35 years prior to his retirement. He loved the color blue, his Chevy truck and all cats of which he rescued many. Bill is survived by two sisters: Nancy (Ken) Barlond of Bellevue and Karen Mast of Battle Creek; many nieces and nephews and his good friend and co-worker James Caudill. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Jim and Gene Mast. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2017 in the Chapel at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dr. James M. Gysel officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:30 until time of the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Humane Society of South Central Michigan. Arrangements by the Richard A.
