Wendell Gardner

Wendell L. Gardner, Age 90, Of Battle Creek, Died July 28, 2015. Wendell was born on May 7, 1925, in Gas City, IN, the son of Jacob and Ruby Gardner. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a member of the BC Car Club, the VFW and American Legion. Surviving are children, Rick Gardner, Bruce Gardner and Michael Jollay; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Gardner; 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.  In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Arrangements by the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. www.henryfuneralhome.org
