Sylvia Waychoff

Sylvia A. Waychoff, Age 84, Of Battle Creek, Died Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Heartland Healthcare Center in Battle Creek, Sylvia was born on June 5, 1932, in Battle Creek, the daughter of Louis and Elizabeth (McCran) VonBubla. She had been a lifelong resident of the area graduating from Battle Creek Central High School. She had been employed at Hastings Manufacturing for 10 years and then with Lotte Incorporated for 15 years until her retirement. Sylvia was a former member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, country music and being with her grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Martin “Marty” (Carla) Munn of Dowling, Jacquelyn “Jackie” Munn of Marshall and Kelli Munn of Battle Creek; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a sister, Delores Worthington of Battle Creek; step-daughters, Winona June Waychoff and Sara Jane Waychoff. She was preceded in death by a brother, Louis VonBubla and a brother-in-law, Charles Worthington.
