Steven Jollineau

Steven Ellis Jollineau, age 71, of Battle Creek, passed away on, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his children.  He was born on July 21, 1949 in Sault Ste. Marie, the son of Willard and Dorothy (Ellis) Jollineau.  Steven graduated from  Sault Ste. Marie High School, and then went on to earn his Associates Degree from Ferris State University.  He proudly worked as an auto mechanic and lineman for Consumers Power for over 40 years.  Steven is preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his son, Steven Jr. of Battle Creek and his daughter, Jennifer (Gerald) Kocis of Royal Oak; his brother, Paul of Grand Rapids; and his granddaughters, Gwendolyn and Amelia. Steven enjoyed playing and watching hockey and baseball, in addition to hunting,  throughout much of his life, and he never lost his affection for classic cars, motorcycles, the Beach Boys, and the Upper Peninsula.  There will be no service at this time, as his family is honoring his wishes to be cremated.  In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
