A devoted and loving husband and father, Steve enjoyed quiet time at home with his wife, rounds of golf and Notre Dame football games with friends and loved ones, and playing on the beach in South Haven with his beloved granddaughters. In retirement, Steve enjoyed traveling, listening to his collection of vinyl records, and visiting all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums. Highly skilled in home improvement projects, he took great pride in caring for his home and yard. Steve loved being outdoors and appreciated the varied beauty of Michigan’s four seasons. He truly enjoyed the journey of life and was always looking for opportunities to bring happiness into the lives of others.
Steve was a hard worker who gave his all to everything he took part in. He treated everyone with respect and lived his life in accordance with the values instilled in him through his Catholic faith. Steve was a wonderful person and will be dearly missed by all those who love him.
