Shannon Gleason, age 44 of Battle Creek passed away unexpectedly July 13, 2016 in Chantilly, Virginia. She was born on July 7, 1972 in Tucson, AZ the daughter of John & Carol (Harris) Ready. Shannon graduated in 1990 from South Gwinnett High School. She was married on July 8, 2012 in Coldwater, to her husband, Timothy Gleason II. Shannon was a member of the Children of Vietnam Veterans Health Alliance. She was employed from 2010-2012 in the quality control department at Marshall Excelsior Company, later working as a pipe bender for Tenneco in Marshall from 2012-2014. Shannon was an avid reader, who enjoyed history and playing games with her family. She is survived by her husband, Timothy Gleason II of Battle Creek, two sons, Johnathan & Trever Slocum, both of Georgia. Sister, Cathy Lester of Ohio, two step daughters,
