Scott D. Hammock, 44, of Battle Creek passed away Saturday December 8, 2012 in South Bend, IN. He was born on September 6, 1968 in Battle Creek to Gerry and Jan E. (Dougherty) Hammock. Scott graduated from Harper Creek High School in 1986.
He is survived by his father, Gerry Hammock, of Battle Creek, his mother and step-father, Jan and Gordy Turner, of Battle Creek, a brother, Gary (Lorrie) Hammock, of Battle Creek, his fiancé, Christi Armond, of Battle Creek, daughters, Melissa Llewellyn, of Battle Creek and Leigha Fuller, of Charlotte, and one grandchild, Caden Llewellyn, nephews, Gage and Cole Hammock, aunt Theressea (John) Walkinhood, uncle, Pat (LaNeta) Dougherty, aunt , Debbie Anderson, aunt and uncle, Tommy and Denise Hammock.
Scott enjoyed golfing, softball, fishing, and especially spending time with his children and nephews. A celebration of Scott’s life will be held 1:30 pm Wednesday at the PNA Club. Memorial contributions may be given to Humane Society of South Central Michigan.
