Sandra G. Scalici

Sandra “Sandi” Girten Scalici, age 72, of Battle Creek, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Rose Arbor Place.  She was born on March 16, 1951, in Battle Creek, the daughter of Neal Girten and Irene Girten.  Sandra was a 1969 graduate of St. Philip High School.  She was employed by Bronson Battle Creek for forty-seven years in the physical therapy department.  She is survived by her sister, Linda (Tom) Hoyle, niece, Traci (Ted) Nardin, nephew, Travis Henley, great nephew, Jace Bishop, great niece, Taylor Bishop, and great nephew, Lukas Hoyle.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and nephew, Jason Hoyle.  A private inurnment will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Rose Arbor Place or Bronson Battle Creek Cancer Care Center.  Arrangements by the Richard A.
