Sally Hudon

Sally Lee Hudon age 66, a lifelong area resident of Battle Creek, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.  She was born on March 22, 1951 in Battle Creek, the daughter of Maurice and Wilma (Burleson) Bibbings.  Sally graduated from Battle Creek Central High School in 1969.  She was united in marriage on July 15, 1981 to Antoine “Tony” Hudon.  She was employed as a nurse aide at the Calhoun County Medical Care Facility, an assistant activities director at The Laurels of Bedford, and she had been a waitress at various restaurants in the area.  Sally enjoyed reading, going for walks, and providing loving care to her husband over the years.  She was preceded in death by her son; Eric Straubel, sister; Linda Vest, and grandmother; Elenora Zull.  Sally is survived by her loving husband of thirty six years, Antoine “Tony” Hudon of Battle Creek, step-sons; Michael (Lori) Hudon of Otsego, Michigan, Richard (Vicki) Hudon of Dowling, Michigan, step-daughter; Mary “Mickie” Hudon of Dayton, Ohio, brother; Maurice “Mike” (Cathy) Bibbings of Battle Creek,  and granddaughter Hannah Straubel.  In accordance to her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M., on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in the chapel at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Pastor James Codde officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Calhoun County Medical Care Facility.  Arrangements by the Richard A.
