Royal Jaynes, Jr.

Royal Wayne Jaynes, Jr., age 71, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 27, 1947 in Sioux City, Iowa the son of Royal Wayne and Lillian Elaine (Orme) Jaynes. Wayne served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1966. He attended Kellogg Community College and worked as a service technician for A.A.L. for 20 years. Wayne loved to paint with both oils and watercolors, enjoyed his motorcycles and for several years owned and operated Royal Treasures in Bellevue. He is survived by his wife Rita Ann (Huff) Jaynes; eight children: Wayne Harris Jaynes, Heidi Jaynes, Jeremy Jaynes, Royal Wayne Jaynes III, Tavia Jaynes, Crystal Sadger, Jessica Sadger and Brandon Kaiser; fourteen grandchildren; his sister Bessie Ney and several nieces and nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Chuck and sister Rhoda. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
