Rosella Stebleton

Rosella “Rosie” Stebleton, 84, of Battle Creek, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014. She was born February 13, 1930 in Cheyenne, Wyoming the daughter of Clyde and Ruth (Conklin) Helten. Over the years Rosie enjoyed quilting and was a member of a local quilting group. She was also a member of Central Christian Church and had worked at Sears for fifteen years. On March 9, 1946 she was married to Duane David Stebleton who preceded her in death on May 11, 2011. She was also preceded by two sisters: Doris and Juanita. Surviving are her children: Beverly Fronsman of Battle Creek and Robert Lee (Dawn) Stebleton of Ocala, Florida; two grandchildren: Chris Brashears and Paul (Joanna) Stebleton; and two great-grandsons: Whitman Stebleton and Aden Maddix; her sister, Byrle Helten of Sea Breeze, Florida; and two nieces: Carol Jean and Donna Sue. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Fort Custer National Cemetery with Minister Gordon Pippen of Central Christian Church officiating. Arrangements by the Richard A.
