After a six month battle with cancer, Ronald Dean DeMoss completed his journey on this earth on October 5, 2024. Born March 20, 1958, he was raised in Flint, Michigan. Ron earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University for Engineering and he received his MBA from Central Michigan University. Ron worked for Texas Instruments, Aeroquip Corporation, Marshall Brass, and Eaton Aerospace. In 2019, he and his wife Stacey moved to Ocala, Florida where he worked for Ingersol Rand.
We know that Ron is healed, at peace, and with our Lord Jesus Christ, and yet we mourn for Ron as he was a beloved father, friend, uncle, cousin, brother, husband and prince of fun! Through a blended family, Ron left behind four beautiful adult children: Grant DeMoss of Mackinac Island, MI; Ellerie Bambach (Blake Bambach) of Marshall, MI; Storm Avery of Ocala, Florida; Suzannah Avery (Alex Johnson) of Battle Creek, MI; his fur baby Sparty Girl, and his wife whom he loved fiercely, Stacey King DeMoss. Ron helped to give us all a sense of purpose and made us part of the most valuable thing that continues to survive - his legacy. Ron loved with his whole heart. His heart was powerful and secure enough to love all of us deeply. He was steadfast on his beliefs and actions. Ron had a funny and dry sense of humor! With Stacey by his side, he enjoyed golfing, watching music videos, and sitting on his patio watching airplanes, birds, and star gazing! He was a zealous MSU fan! His Saturdays were filled with golf and MSU football and basketball! GO GREEN!
Ron was preceded in death by his father Dean DeMoss, his mama Mary DeMoss, and his brother Steve DeMoss.
Ron is also survived by his special Aunt Gae Ann DeMoss (Cooper) who he loved very much, and she still resides in Flint, Michigan.
A Celebration of Life will occur at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Binder Park Junior Golf Program in Battle Creek, MI.
