Robert "Bob" Clark

October 11, 1958 — August 5, 2019

Robert “Bob” L. Clark, age 60, of Bedford Twp., passed away at Bronson Commons on August 5, 2019.  He was a lifelong area resident, born in Battle Creek, the son of Richard and Virginia (Farnham) Clark.  Bob graduated from Lakeview High School in 1977.  He was formerly employed at Boron Oil Company as a gas pump attendant, RRS Inc. as a security guard, Davis Oil Co. as a C Store clerk, MSI-Battle Creek Stamping as a custodian, and Bronson Battle Creek as a switch board operator.  Bob was an avid baseball fan, who also enjoyed golf, word search puzzles, board & video games, umpiring and volunteering for the Bedford Bible School.  Bob was united in marriage to Dawn Marie Clark for 24 years, she preceded him in death in 2017.  Also preceding him in death were his mother in 1991, father in 1997, brother; James Clark in 1997, brother-in-law; David Robbins in 2017 and father-in-law; Harvey Robbins in 1962.  Bob is survived by his brother; Thomas (Kay) Clark of Battle Creek, nieces; Julie Robbins of Kalamazoo, Amy (Buck) Buchanan of Andover, KS., Christina Rupe of Battle Creek, nephew; Daniel Robbins of Holland, sister-in-law; Deb Robbins of Holland, mother-in-law; Ruth Robbins of Zeeland, five great nieces and nephews, seven great-great nieces and nephews, special friends; Charlie & Susan Bowling of Grand Ledge, John & Adine Fulton of Bedford, and Richard & Karol Norton of Athens.  In Accordance to his wishes cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to Bedford Bible Church or Bedford Bible Church School.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.henryfuneralhome.org .
