Robert “Bob” Claude Gault, Age 86, Of Battle Creek, Died at home on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, leaving his wife of 64 years, Mary V. Gault. He was born in Eau Claire, WI, on May 14, 1926 to Robert and Mae Gault. Robert faithfully served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corp as a Corpsman during the Battle of Okinawa. Later he served during the Korean Conflict in Texas. Robert enjoyed his career as a Medical Technologist and retired from Regional Medical Laboratory as the Administrative Director. Robert is also survived by his children, Mary (Allen) Sedik, Annette (John) Manring, Bob (Sandy) Gault and Patrick (Carol) Gault; grandchildren, Mike (Sarah) Sedik, Colin, Brenna and Liam Gault; a great grandchild, Lyrissa Sedik; brother, Dave (Katie) Gault and a sister, Marge (Roger) Berry. Robert was preceded in death by his son, Gregory; his parents; sisters, Geraldine, Patricia, Shirley and a brother, Thomas. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 23, from 2 to 5:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with a Rosary at 5:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 24, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with The Very Rev. Mark J. Vyverman V.F. officiating.
