Robb B. Campbell, age 66, of Battle Creek, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 at his home. He was born April 30, 1947 in Plainwell, Michigan the son of Ralph B. and Charlotte Elizabeth (Doyle) Campbell, Jr. Robb attended Battle Creek and Gull Lake schools and achieved his GED while serving in the U.S. Navy. He was an Eagle Scout and a gifted artist who collected antique and classic cars. Robb worked at Ralston for 16 years and was a journeyman bricklayer for over 40 years. Following his retirement he frequented auctions and garage sales looking for deals. Robb’s first marriage to Vicki Iden ended in divorce and he was later married to Susan A. Jenkins on November 22, 1967. He is survived by his wife, Susan A. Campbell; two children: Clinton (Lois) Campbell and Maureen Campbell both of Battle Creek; one grandson: Jacob Campbell of Battle Creek; sister: Dr. Amy (John) Foulks of Las Vegas, NV; and mother-in-law: Maureen Jenkins of Battle Creek. Robb was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jon Campbell. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with interment to follow at Bedford Cemetery.
