Penny Taylor

Penny E. Taylor, age 74, of Battle Creek, passed away on December 11, 2018 at Heartland Health Care Center. She was born on August 6, 1944 in Fullerton County, California, the daughter of Robert and Marjorie Taylor. Penny graduated from Brookhust High School in Anaheim, California in 1963. She came from Atlanta, Georgia in 2006 to Battle Creek where she made her home. Penny enjoyed knitting, jigsaw puzzles, watching birds, collecting teddy bears and going camping. She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Marjorie, and her niece; Jody. Surviving are her significant other; Curt L. Peterson of Battle Creek, sisters; Marjorie Taylor and Roberta Wellborn, both of Winder, Georgia, a niece and nephew, and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home & Cremation Services, where friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at Floral Lawn memorial gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice Care. Condolences may be left for the family at www.henryfuneralhome.org
