Pauline Hughey

Pauline Hughey, age 88 of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018. She was born December 30, 1929 in Holden, West Virginia the daughter of Jay and Ida (Adkins) Frazier. She was the manager of the Millinery Department at Shoppers Fare Department Store and was also an Independent Sales Representative for Home Interior Décor of Dallas, Texas. Pauline was very proud of her home and won the Pride in Springfield Award in 1984, 1985 and 1986. On August 12, 1960, She was married to Ralph Hughey who preceded her in death on September 26, 2005. She was also preceded by her parents, two sons: Michael Ray and Stewart Ray Selby; and two brothers: Robert Donald Frazier and Lindsey Frazier. She is survived by three daughters: Rhonda (Jack) Selby-Munger, Linda (Charles) Hughey-Rothwell and Evelyn Jane Hughey-Nichols; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one sister: Spicy (Gerald) Keller. A Graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
