Pamela Mitchell

Pamela Dorothy  Mitchell, Age 71, Of North Carolina, Died Saturday, June 1, 2013, surrounded by her family. Pamela was born on August 15, 1941, in Gloucester, England, the daughter of Percy and Nellie (Hill) Creed. In Gloucester, England on November 23, 1963, she was united in marriage to John K. Mitchell who survives. Pamela resided in England, California, Texas, Iran, Michigan, Florida, Southern Illinois and presently in North Carolina. She enjoyed golfing and painting. Surviving are children, Kimberley (David) Hughes of Battle Creek, Paul Mitchell of Kalamazoo and Scott Mitchell of Salisbury, NC; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a sister, Joan Phipps of Caro, MI; her dog “Jake”. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2013, from 1 to 3:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. www.henryfuneralhome.org
