Olga M. Kanai, 92, of Battle Creek peacefully passed away Wednesday October 9, 2013 at Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence. She was born on March 31, 1921 in San Francisco CA to Dante and Amelia (Milani) Bertocchini.
Olga was united in marriage in 1953 to Lincoln Kanai, he preceded her in death in 1982. She is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Olga enjoyed square dancing and traveling.
She is survived by a nephew Leonard (Lynda) Bertocchini a niece, Linda (Paul) Bianchi. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Leno Bertocchini.
Family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Sunday October 13, 2013 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home where a Rosary will be recited at 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with The Very Rev. Mark J. Vyverman V.F. officiating . Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
