Norma Wells

Died Saturday, October 13, 2018, at Brookdale Assisted Living. Norma was born on November 3, 1925, in Algona, IA, the daughter of Frederick and Florence (Jenkins) Miller. She had been an area resident since 1947.  Norma was united in marriage to Ervin Wells who preceded her in death. She worked for Sherman Manufacturing Company from 1946 to 1986. She attended Custer Chapel and was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. Norma enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking and traveling. Surviving is a sister, Joan (Lloyd) Austin of Texas; nieces and nephews, David (Janet) Smith, Ronald Culver, Kenneth (Sharon) Culver, Bonnie Brown, Ronald Sunday and Sandy Sunday; other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Deloris Sunday and Doris Aaker; a brother, Arnold Miller. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3 to 6:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 18, 2018, at the Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery Chapel.
