Nellie Harman

Nellie M. “Nama” Harman-Melling, Age 73, Of Comstock, MI, Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at her residence. Nellie was born on April 23, 1939, in Cookeville, TN, the daughter of Villard and Nancy (Fox) Williams. Before living in the Comstock area she was a resident of Battle Creek, but had lived all over the country. She was employed as a waitress for many years. Nellie attended Faith Baptist Church and Bedford Bible Church.  She enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. Surviving are children, Eric Bayha of Kalamazoo and Roger Bayha of Battle Creek; grandchildren, Emily , Jessica and Mark Bayha and Nicole Myler; ex-husband, Keith Bayha; brothers, Ed Williams of Battle Creek and Gerald Williams of Burlington. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Mark Anthony Bayha in 1961. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to 6:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Bedford Bible Church. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Bellevue.
