Miltiades "Mike" Polyviou

Miltiades “Mike” Polyviou, age 77, of Battle Creek, passed away on July 8, 2018. He was born in Larnaca, Cyprus on January 18, 1941, later coming to Battle Creek in 1995. He previously owned the Lakeview Family Restaurant in Battle Creek, Emily’s Kitchen in Fort Custer and currently the Lux Café. Miltiades enjoyed traveling, food, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his life long companion; Emily Petropoulos of Battle Creek, sons; Paul and Nicholas Polyviou, daughter; Maria Polyviou, step-sons; George Petropoulos and Dimitrios (Jennifer) Petropoulos, both of Portage, and five grandchildren. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 1020 Goguac Street W., Battle Creek, with visitation one hour prior to service at the church. Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.
