Lynn Hensley

Lynn Marie Hensley, age 56, of Battle Creek, passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 at her home. She was born August 25, 1957 in Battle Creek, Michigan the daughter of Norman Eugene and Colleen (Uptgraft) Wines. Lynn was a 1976 graduate of Lakeview High School, loved to play bingo and cards, and was a wonderful cook. She is survived by two children: Shannon Macon of Minneapolis, MN and Eugene (Anietra) Hensley of Battle Creek; six grandchildren; her Significant Other and best friend, Eddie Houseman, Jr. and two brothers: Mike and Norman Wines all of Battle Creek. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Steve Wines. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with Rev. Linda D. Stoddard of Maple United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
