Luther Wagaman

Luther “Luke” Wagaman, age 94, of Battle Creek, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Glenn Arbor Place. He was born July 20, 1928, in Fulton, Michigan the son of Oscar and Stella (Nichols) Wagaman. On June 28, 1969, Luke was married to Mary Louise (Franklin) who survives. He is also survived by four children: Merrilee, Michael, Douglas and Jay; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one brother Leonard Wagaman. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Paul and Charles and an infant granddaughter Ashley. Luke was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 333 for 62 years, worked for Smith Hammond for many years and was a member of Redemption Lutheran Church for 53 years. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, snowmobiling, and playing golf. A private service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements by the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. www.henryfuneralhome.org
