Loran "L.D." Delano Milliron

“special son” of  Loran (Dee) and (Wanda) Joy (Rayburn) Milliron-Crank, and step son of J.C. Crank took his heavenly flight  on December 22, 2023 while at the Calhoun Medical Facility.  L.D. attended and graduated from the Doris Klaussen Developmental Center in Battle Creek.   He then attended a work activity center that allowed him to be employed at Hot-n-Now for 3 years. He was also very active in the C.I.R. program.  He was a member of the  Andrus Street Church of God and loved going to church.  L.D. enjoyed bowling and writing for hours on end at his desk.  He is survived by his mother, Wanda J. Milliron-Crank. A sister, Pam Milliron, step sisters, Melody Crank, Beth (Mike) Brown, along with his first nephew Shawn (Tonya)Davis, his first niece Amy (Austin) Keithley as well as many other step nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins. Also, his special friends, Pat, Tim, Tom and Celia Bannister and their family.  

He was preceded in death by his dad, Dee Milliron, and step-dad, J.C. Crank, and his step sister, Kim Ringler, and step brother, John Crank.  In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. www.henryfuneralhome.org
