Lawrence Mack Jr.

Lawrence H. Mack Jr., age 77, of Battle Creek, passed away on April 9, 2018 at Borgess Medical Center.  He was born on June 11, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Lawrence and Katherine (Williams) Mack Sr.  Lawrence was a lifelong area resident and graduate of Springfield High School in 1960.  Lawrence was united in marriage to Annette Svoke in 1971 in Battle Creek.  He was employed by the Kellogg Company for 32 ½ years before retiring in 1996.  Lawrence was a member of the Kellogg 25-year Club and enjoyed yardwork and playing with old cars.  He is survived by his wife; Annette Mack of Battle Creek, children; Terressa (James) Waycaster of Elkhart, IN., Tamera (John) Gray of Savannah, GA., Lori (Greg) King of Castlerock, CO., Tom (Cheryl) Mack of Battle Creek, sisters; Pat (Jerry) Paul of Ft. Wayne, IN., Judy Rothwell of Battle Creek, Ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.  In accordance to his wishes, cremation has taken place.  Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home & Cremation Services.  Memorial Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Bob Heine officiating, inurnment will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.henryfuneralhome.org
