Lawrence Lyndon Faulk, Age 75, a lifelong resident of Athens, MI, died Sunday, December 29, 2019. He was born on March 17, 1944, in Battle Creek MI, the son of Lawrence and Edna (Gay). On August 29, 1964, he was united in marriage to Patricia (Donaldson), who preceded him in death. They operated the North Avenue Boron Station from 1970 to 1979, then Faulk’s C-Store for 35 years. Larry was a classic car enthusiast, and a fan of MSU Basketball. Surviving are children, Robert (Cindy) Faulk, Rodney (Sue) Faulk, Brett (Naoma) Faulk and Trisha Faulk; 13 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren; a brother, Ted (June) Faulk, and a sister, Darlene (the late Rev. James) Randall; many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Betty Bentley-Mann. Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Robert L. Zuhl officiating. Interment will be at North Athens Cemetery.
