Larry Doerr III

Larry Doerr III, born on December 6, 1994, in Lansing Michigan, passed away on March 12, 2024, in Battle Creek. He was a kind and caring person who touched the lives of many with his warm heart and generous spirit.

Larry led a life filled with diverse interests and passions. He found joy in riding his three motorcycles, immersing himself in video games, casting a line while fishing, mastering the art of skateboarding, exploring the world of cars, and growing plants in his garden where he could grow almost anything. His adventurous spirit led him to cherish traveling and embarking on trips to many great places.

Beyond his hobbies, Larry will be remembered for his genuine kindness and willingness to help others. His presence lit up the room, and his laughter was infectious to all those around him. Larry's memory will live on through the countless lives he has touched during his time here.

Larry is survived by his loving mother Kristy Viers; sisters Kayla Doerr and Taylor Vorva; brother Isiah Gillom and Jonathan Cole; cherished friends Geno, Nick, Glover; devoted girlfriend Grace; grandmother Mary Cole; aunts, uncles; nieces, nephews; and numerous other friends who will miss him dearly.

A visitation service to honor Larry Doerr III will be held on March 16, starting at 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Richard A Henry Funeral Home located at 703 Capital Ave SW in Battle Creek. Larry’s  memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He may have ridden into the sunset, but he will never be forgotten.
