Kyle Brown

Kyle T. Brown, age 22, of Battle Creek, passed away on October 4, 2017. He was born on September 7, 1995 in Battle Creek, the son of Ronald and Tamera (Berning) Brown. Kyle was a 2013 graduate of Harper Creek High School, and was employed by TJ Maxx as a sales associate. Kyle loved sports, including football, floor hockey, basketball and pole vaulting. He placed tenth in the State of Michigan in pole vaulting. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Richard A. and Betty A. Berning, and great grandparents; Paul and Hazel Yother. Kyle is survived by his mother; Tamera Brown of Caseville, father; Ronald Brown of Greer, South Carolina, Brother; Blake Shotwell of Lake Orion, sister; Casey (Jake) West of Hammond, Louisiana, grandparents; Reba and Wayne Brown of Duncan South Carolina. The family will receive friends from 3:00-8:00 p.m., on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
