Kenneth Trubey

Died Saturday, July 20, 2019, in Battle Creek. Kenneth was born on October 11, 1939, in Climax, MI, the son of Paul O. and Ruth (McComb) Trubey. He  attended Newman School and was a 1957 graduate of Lakeview High School. He then graduated from Argubright Business College. Kenneth was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy from 1963 until being honorably discharged in 1965 as a Grade E-5.  He was employed at Wrigley Gum in Chicago as a line manager retiring after 30 years of service. He loved the military, his dog “Angel”, caring for his home and attending family events. Surviving is a brother Robert Trubey, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Viola Jarvis, Shirley Blackwell and Nancy Moore. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 26, 2019, at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Pastor John Woullard officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Floral lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. www.henryfuneralhome.org
