Jeffrey Lee Wolf, age 78 of Battle Creek, died Sunday, October 8, 2023. He was born March 30, 1945, in Marshall, Michigan the son of Lyle and Yvonne (Harper) Wolf. Jeff graduated from Lakeview High School in 1963 and went on to graduate from Kellogg Community College with an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. He started his career with the Kellogg Company in 1964 as an hourly employee, later moving into supervision then various management positions at both the Battle Creek and Lancaster plants. The last two years were spent in engineering and technology where he worked as a troubleshooter and advisor in plants worldwide and retired in 2000. Jeff was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Battle Creek where he had served as a Deacon and Elder, as well as on many committees. In his free time, Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, morel mushroom hunting and his beloved Golden Retrievers. Jeff is survived by three children: Jeffrey Brian Wolf of Plainwell, MI, Hilary Sarah Ward of Batavia, IL and Allison Lee Adkins of Battle Creek, MI; four granddaughters: Haley Smith, Caitlin Driscoll, Grace Ward and Isabella Ward and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Ted Wolf. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with Rev. Lorenzo R. Small, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen. www.henryfuneralhome.org
