Jayne Brady

Jayne C. Brady, native of Battle Creek and resident of Schertz, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at the age of 70. She was preceded in death by her parents Clare and Marie Brady and older brother Raymond. Jayne is survived by her brothers: Tom (Debbie) Brady and Tim (Pam) Brady; two nephews: Bryce and Steven, and special cousins Juniata Earl and Phil Hopkins. Jayne was a 1968 graduate of Lakeview High School and attended Grand Rapids Baptist Bible College and Kalamazoo Community College. She was a licensed practical nurse and worked in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo area hospitals and nursing homes. Jayne moved to the San Antonio area several years ago to escape the cold Michigan winter. She had been in ill health for some time and was in the care of Embrace Hospice of San Antonio for the last several months. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Burr Oak Cemetery in Athens, Michigan with Pastor Mike Brown of South Side Bible Church officiating.
