Irving R. Craw, age 73, of Burlington, MI., passed away on November 28, 2021. He was born on April 15, 1948 in Battle Creek, the son of Richard and Barbara Craw. Irving graduated from Lakeview High School in 1966, later moving to Burlington where he made his home for twenty eight years. Irving was united in marriage on January 20, 1988 in Marshall, MI., to Arlene (Saren) Craw for 33 years, she survives. Also surviving are his children; Melissa Craw, Candace Lampert, Michael Bartzen, grandchildren; Katie, Courtney, Kamille, Linette, Crystal, Matthew, great grandchildren; Timmy, Sophia, Kaylin, Amara and Arlo. He proudly served his country in Vietnam in the 101 st Airborne for two years. Irving was previously employed by Hoffman Brothers Construction Company, later working as a forklift operator for the Kellogg Company for over 30 years before he retired. He was a member of the Michigan United Conservation Clubs, Michigan Bow Hunters Association and the Kellogg 25 Year Club. He was an avid sportsman whose passion was hunting and fly fishing. Irving enjoyed taking trips to his hunting cabin in Kenton, MI., with his fellow hunting friends. Family trips included many memorable times with the family at their cabin in Grayling Michigan. Irving loved spending time with his family, especially all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister; Karen Harris. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home & Cremation Services, with funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. A luncheon and time to share memories with the family will follow the service at the funeral home.
