Glenadine Janet “Dingo” Tiller, age 89, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Trudy’s Home. She was born March 17, 1926 in Battle Creek, Michigan the daughter of Ronald Glen and Dorothy Mae (Mingle) Masters. Glenadine was a 1944 graduate of Battle Creek Central High School, attended Kellogg Community College and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from Western Michigan University. On May 18, 1945 she was married to James Edward Tiller who preceded her in death on October 29, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters: Dorothy “Jean” Howard and Patricia Fox; and four brothers: Richard, Ronald, Robert and William Masters. Surviving are her two children: James (Gloria) Tiller and Pamela (Joseph Bradley) Tiller; two sisters: Donna Kinsley and Betty (Bruce) Heath; one brother: Daniel (Beverly) Masters and many nieces and nephews. Glenadine enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cross-stitch and quilting. She liked to watch animated movies and cartoons, and had a great love for art, especially painting and drawing. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with Rev. Kate Johnston of Westlake Presbyterian Church officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service and interment will follow at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
