Georgia Miller

Georgia Marie “Jo” Miller, Age 89, Of Battle Creek, Died Monday, October 13, 2014. Jo was born on March 2, 1925, in Charlotte, MI, the daughter of George and Jane (Fields) Fenn. She had been a lifelong resident of the area and attended cosmetology school in Battle Creek. On July 15, 1942, she was united in marriage to Robert G. Miller, Sr. who preceded her in death. She had been employed at Post Cereal for 2 years and owned Little Jo’s Beauty Shop for 6 years. She enjoyed crocheting and crafts. Surviving is a son, Robert G. (Marie) Miller, Jr. of Tracy City, TN; grandchildren, Kimberleigh (Tim) Baker, Robert G. (Heather) Miller III and step-grandson, Robby Snowburger. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 16, 2014, at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Collins of Wattles Park Baptist Church officiating.
