Frank Morales Sr.

Frank Morales Sr., 88, of Battle Creek, Michigan passed away peacefully in his sleep joining Dora, the love of his life, on October 31, 2023.  

Frank was born March 20,1935 to Bernardo Morales and Maria (Diaz) in Olivet, Michigan.  He graduated from St Philip Catholic High School in 1953.  He worked at Clark Equipment for over 30 years and in retirement he worked at Bedford Manor and Omni Community Credit Union.  

He enjoyed spending time with his family including going to various events for his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  He also liked to fish, bowl, and play cards.  He was a founding member of St. Jerome Catholic Church. He served in the Air National Guard of Michigan and the Reserve of the United States Air Force. 

Frank is survived by his children, Ben Morales, Mary (Bill) Poillion, Anna (Roger) Antes, Ted (Mary Anne) Morales, Frank Morales Jr (Connie), Trisha Morales (Mark Kivin), Angela (Darrell) Belson, Diana Morales, Joan (Dayton) Smith, and multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.  Also surviving is his brother Bernardo Morales Jr. of El Paso, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Dora Morales, daughter Lydia Ivany and son, Matthew Morales.

Funeral services will be held at St. Jerome Catholic Church, on Friday, November 10 at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Battle Creek. Friends will be received from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Thursday, November 9 at Richard A. Henry Funeral Home where the Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m.
