Eugene Patrick Hull, age 85, of Battle Creek, formerly of Florence, Montana, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017. He was born June 26, 1931 in Stanley, North Dakota the son of Samuel and Hazel (Heller) Hull. Pat served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from February 13, 1951 until February 12, 1954. He went on to work at McClellan Airforce Base for 10 years and retired from the Federal Center after 20 years of service in 1986. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and the Florence Fire Department Auxiliary. Pat enjoyed woodworking, making birdhouses, working on projects with his son in law Rick and playing solitaire. On June 14, 1956, Pat was married to Lenore (Heustess) in North Sacramento, California, who survives. Also surviving are five children: Daniel Hull, Linda (Randy) Sebright, Sandy (Troy) Radcliff, Patty (Rick) Bonney and Ron (Lisa) Hull; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; one brother Jim Hull; three sisters: Helen Sells, Mary Ann Parker and Monica Goldsberry; many nieces and nephews, and his favorite poodle Archie. Pat was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Alice Schmidt and Elsie Burgess. The family will receive friends at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the Funeral Home with interment to follow at Newton Cemetery.
