Ena Aurora (Mnatsakanian) McAdams, 87, passed away peacefully at home on June 12, 2021.
Ena was born in New Britain, Connecticut on January 4, 1934 to John and Narin Mnatsakanian. Ena had three brothers, Sargis, Samuel, and Samson, all of whom preceded her in death. Ena is survived by the love of her life, her husband of 68 years, Eldon (Mac) McAdams; children Linda (John) Vandegriff, Jerry (Ruth) McAdams, Laura (Mike) Daugherty; grandchildren John (Jenelle) Vandegriff, Rob (Elizabeth) McAdams, Kathleen (Justin Matanane) McAdams, Jeffrey (Raegan) McAdams; great grandchildren Ena McAdams, Brooke Vandegriff and Scott McAdams.
All who knew Ena were assured of her love and commitment to her Savior and her family. Ena was very patriotic and loved her country. She loved to hang out with friends but truly enjoyed quiet times with Mac. Ena enjoyed reading and cherished family time with her children and grandchildren.
Ena will forever be remembered by her family and friends as their trusted confidant, constant cheerleader and feisty Armenian.
The celebration of Ena’s extraordinary life will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at Overflow Church, 3515 West Michigan Avenue.
Commital service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
