Doris Lingg

Doris A. Lingg, age 86 of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. She was born April 8, 1936, in Battle Creek, Michigan the daughter of Donald Arnold and Evelyn Anna (Brown) Darling. Doris was a graduate of Lakeview High School. She loved to sew, enjoyed stamping and antiques, and working in her yard. She was a member of Pleasantview Family Church for many years. On January 28, 1966, she was married to William R. Lingg who preceded her in death on September 18, 2006. Doris is survived by her children: Richard E. Spells, Steven L. Spells, Martin L. Lingg, Pamela J. Spells, Kristi A. Hemminger-Inabnit, Michelle R. Lingg and Eric J. Oswald; sixteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and one sister Donna Darling. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steven Olmstead of Pleasantview Family Church officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
