Diane M. (Perkins) Metzmaker

Diane Marie (Perkins) Metzmaker, age 77 of Battle Creek, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023. She was born May 13, 1945, in Battle Creek, Michigan the daughter of Jack Calvin and Wilma Gurtrude Perkins. A 1964 graduate of Battle Creek Central High School, she worked in the cafeteria at K-Mart for 19 years. She had attended Family Altar Chapel, and enjoyed working in her yard, painting and ceramics. Diane is survived by her children: Kenneth Wayne Caron of Idaho and Lisa Marie Caron of Battle Creek; three grandchildren: Ashley Caron, Kenaniah Caron and Caleb Caron; several great-grandchildren; sister; Gail Spooner of East Leroy and a brother; Ron Perkins of Potterville, MI.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Nancy VanNocker and granddaughter, Moriah Noel Caron.  Memorial Service will be held 11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Richard A.
