Dennis William Conlogue, age 64, of Battle Creek, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at his home. He was born December 10, 1950 in Wyandotte, Michigan. Dennis was a 1970 graduate of Harper Creek High School and went on to serve in the United States Army from 1971 to 1974. For much of his time in the service, he was stationed in Germany and he travelled to all the surrounding countries there. Dennis was a member of the Michigan Carpenters Union and had previously owned Cabinets Plus. He enjoyed hunting small game and deer, but especially liked the trips to Wyoming hunting Antelope. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Anita Conlogue; stepmother: Irene Conlogue; two sisters: Diane Digue and Bonita Graves, and one brother Robert Conlogue. Dennis is survived by his sister: Paula Brimmer of Brownstown, MI; three brothers: Steve and Pete Conlogue both of Battle Creek and John Conlogue of South Carolina; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Funeral Home with interment to follow at Fort Custer National Cemetery. www.henryfuneralhome.org
