Denise Ann Andrews

Denise passed away peacefully on Monday, October 14, 2024, at Centrica Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo, MI. Denise was born on March 10, 1953, in Battle Creek, the daughter of Keith and Jean (Robinson) Cole. She had been a lifelong resident of the area graduating from Battle Creek Central High School in 1971. On August 22, 2020, she married Ronald D. Andrews who survives. She worked for Trans America Insurance in Battle Creek immediately following high school and had various jobs throughout her years before retirement. Surviving are her children - JeanMarie (Zach) Uphold, Zachary (Kaitlin) Wiegand, grandchildren – Madeline, Gabriel, and Olivia Uphold, brother, Keith (Mary) Cole, and sister-in-Law, Janet Cole. She was preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Jean Cole, brother Donald Cole, and niece Amy. Denise was a wonderful mother, wife, and friend. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2024, at Central Christian Church in Battle Creek. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
