Constance Montague

Constance (Connie) Montague, age 84, of Battle Creek, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, January 5, 2019. She was born March 1, 1934 in Battle Creek, MI. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Constance worked many years for the City of Battle Creek in the income tax division, from which she retired in 1991. She adored her family and friends and had a love that was unequaled. She had a special bond with her sister. Constance loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to bake for the family. Her laughter and sense of humor will be remembered by everyone. Surviving are her sons; Thomas B. Trumble, Robert W. (Marge) Taylor, Douglas C. (Tammy) Taylor, grandchildren; Nicholas Jarrard, Stacey Woodruff, Robin Trumble, Claude Trumble, Michael Trumble, Paula Brown, Ken Taylor, Katherine Lane, Joshua Fredenburg, Jacob Fredenburg, 11 great grandchildren, sister; Joan Galli, niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Herb, and eldest son Michael Jarrard. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home & Cremation Services, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Memorial Parks Cemetery.
