Christopher B. Barrett

Christopher B. Barrett, age 45 of Battle Creek, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023. Chris was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, the son of Jefferson B. and Nancy J. (Malone) Barrett. A 1997 graduate of Pennfield High School, Chris has worked at Denso NC for over 20 years where he was currently a shift supervisor. He attended Battle Creek Friends Church and loved being with friends, family and his two dogs: Baxter and Quincy. Chris is survived by his life partner and best friend Aimee Morey-Barrett, his father and stepmother Jeff (De) Barrett of Battle Creek, his mother and stepfather Nancy (David) Broadway of Tennessee, his brother and sister-in-law Jason R. (Lindsay) Barrett and their children: Olivia, Reagan and Evan. He was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2023, at Battle Creek Friends Church with visitation at the church prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
