Bryan D. Robinson, age 67, of Avon Park, Florida and formerly of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Good Shepherd Hospice. He was born April 15, 1949 in Athens, Michigan the son of Harold and Arlene (Milner) Robinson. Bryan served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded two Purple Hearts. He was involved in the trucking industry as a driver for many years and also owned and operated a concession stand that he took to fairs and carnivals throughout the country. Bryan was an avid Harley rider who loved motorcycles. He is survived by his son: Harold “Jim” Robinson of Battle Creek; three grandchildren: Victoria R. Robinson, Brittany E. Robinson and Travis J. Robinson; six great-grandchildren with one on the way; many cousins, biker friends and special friends Don and Tammy Abel of Sebring, Florida; his aunt: Vera Blonigan of Battle Creek and uncle: William R. Milner of Albuquerque, New Mexico. A Graveside service will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
