Brent Banaszak

Brent J. Banaszak age 38, of Battle Creek, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017.  He was born on April 7, 1978 in Battle Creek, the son of John and Linda (Densmore) Banaszak.  Brent was a lifelong area resident of Battle Creek, and graduated in 1997 from Harper Creek High School.  He was employed at Marshall Excelsior as a materials handler for twenty years.  Brent was known to have a dry sense of humor, and was a loving and dedicated family man.  He enjoyed going for walks, watching the weather, playing and spending time with his dogs, Bentley and Gabby.  Brent is survived by his mother; Linda Banaszak; son; Kaiden Banaszak, Fiancé; Jessica Shipe,  his Aunt Pat and Uncle Fred, and several cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father; John Banaszak in 2014, very special grandmother; Elsie Densmore in 2004, and fiancé mother; Vickie Shipe in 2016.  Visitation will be held Monday, February 27, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home.  A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, with Fr.
