Brad Busick

Brad K.  Busick, age 50, Of Battle Creek, Died Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence. Brad was born on February 17, 1963, in Chandler, AZ, the son of Richard Clair and Helen Dolores (Harden) Busick. He had been a lifelong resident of the area graduating from Battle Creek Central in 1981 and then attended Kellogg Community College. He was employed at Post for 25 years in packaging and also ran the lines. Brad attended Battle Creek Friends Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors barbeques, all sports, especially contact sports. Surviving is his mother, Dolores Busick of Florida; brothers, Bret A. Busick of Battle Creek and Blake Sean Busick of Iowa; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Richard on July 13, 2005 and an infant sister on March 13, 1960. Visitation will be held Monday from 2 to 4:00 p.m. and 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Battle Creek Friends Church with Pastor Kelly Hadlich officiating.
