Angelina Fedele

Angelina M. “Angie” Fedele, Age 85, Of Battle Creek, Died Monday, December 16, 2013, at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility. Angie was born on October 30, 1928, in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Christopher and Angela Prato. She had been an area resident since 1959. On June 25, 1955, she was united in marriage to Dr. Stephen Fedele who survives. Angie worked for Fasco Industries in Rochester, NY, as a punch card operator and payroll clerk then after moving to Battle Creek worked with her husband at his office for 5 years after raising their family. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a prayer group. She enjoyed painting, cooking and sewing. Surviving are children, Maria Altieri of Ponder, TX, Christine (Wayne) Buchar of Bloomfield, NY, Stephen (Janice) Fedele of Chelsea, MI, Lisa (Mark) Reath of Red Hook, NY, and Paul (Stephanie) Fedele of Battle Creek; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a brother, Anthony Prato of Rochester, NY. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Sam Prato and a sister, Josephine DiMascio. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 to 4:00p.m. and 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 20, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Entombment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or the Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care Center.  www.henryfuneralhome.org
